A long braided string tied together into a small pillow (woep). Probably made from barkfibre cord and decorated with orchide bark. The pillow is worn by men around the waist resting on the lower back. It also serves a a as a sign of digntiy. To the cord the penis sheath (koteka) is attached. The original wearer has chosen to use a western safety pin.
